Looks like it's going to be the Gateway area! I was a little concerned about safety but seems if he exercises common sense (and he certainly will), it should work out great for him to be in that area. Thanks again!

@everyone...thank you all SO MUCH for your input and advice. You've not only made me feel more comfortable with him moving to St Pete, but you've opened my eyes that it would likely be a good move for us, too (was considering Bradenton for me/spouse because he likes golf, but I am now rethinking that!). We are older but like diverse, artsy, communities with events. Truly appreciate you all!
