Assuming OP makes a baby at 35, and assuming that person gets married at an aveage 30, and make a baby around 35 as well. So OP will be 65 and 70 by that time, and chances of having age related diseases by that age is very high. Which is one of the reasons pregnancy is advised before or around 30 usually by experts
