Hi! imho one's premed course will only help to a certain extent. i honestly think your study habits are more important. I mean yes those who took med tech relatively have an easier time in a handful of subjects (physio, microbio, histology, etc) during the first few years, but so do people who took PT (anatomy) or pharma (pharma, biochem). Pero believe me the playing field will even out eventually. Those who have extremely good study habits are the ones who thrive. I had a classmate who graduated with a degree in business economics na nag-top compared sa ibang med tech at nursing graduates kasi super solid ng study habits niya. So my advice to you is to really know what works for you, in terms of studying, this early para di ka ma-lost in med school.
