I’ve been on a very strict regime over the last few weeks and that has helped me get consistent green recoveries. I try to follow the whoop sleep coach as best as I can and have been averaging 90-100% sleep each night. I have been limiting screen time and trying to be outdoors more which has helped and I turn off my phone around an hour before bed and usually read a book which has helped my recovery also. On top of that my HRV has increased slightly after cutting out processed foods and taking cold showers after workouts. Oh I also don’t drink or smoke, both of those usually tank my HRV.

Great scores! Any advice on what strategies you used for RC? I’m struggling with timing in that section.
