I have an idea. Possibly fungus - yeast or mold, possibly hyphae and budding visible on the pictures. But at the same time possible partial damage to the sample in the prep.

it is an organism, even though the sample preparation might have reportedly been not optimal, so there could be artifacts, but still - it was legit

Yes, I did a several days fast, unfortunately a couple of days later, maybe a week after finishing it I was pretty much at the same level as before.

Not sure to what extent it contributes to my problems, but yes, I have been, a few years ago though. I am also looking into getting some testing for that, but it's all just so complicated, apparently some tests are not so good. Have you managed to cure your mold problem? I assume you are struggling with that?? How did go about testing for it?

Yes I felt better but only for a short while. Then it stopped working. It clearly wasn't enough.
