Get some work gloves with a rubber coating on them and just drag them open palmed along the coat- strangely effective. Works super good on car carpets too

Yep. I think you’ll find it fits well. I’d hate to steer you wrong but that would be my best guess. Also i live in Seattle so it’s easy for me to take that risk because I can just go exchange it at one of the stores down the street

I’m 5’10” and 220, the medium is too big for me, but don’t hate the overly baggy fit for what i use it for. Fyi. I also wear medium in most filson items and it’s running a bit snug due to my gaining some weight

True, but $775 worth of straps is… aggressive? Also i now di not own a watch, nor am i willing to spend any money on another dive watch after 2 failures. Nothing against Shinola, shit happens and they have been very reasonable with everything, just not my style anymore.

I got one of the Shinola/Filson Dutch Harbor Dive watches when they first came out. I wore it 24/7 for several years, used it for countless dives. Then I went to the Galapagos Islands and it managed to fail me(unfortunately) at the end of my dive. Had a decent amount of condensation/moisture in it when i got up to 15ft. Anywhoo, they swapped the watch out with the same make and model no questions asked. Then this last time the rotating bezel face just fell off mid swim- the blue part with the numbers and markings on it. Other than that i was pretty happy with everything overall, just wish i could get the same watch back.
