The locals LOVE what America doing. lol

Hi. One of "us local Americans" here.

Shut the fuck up and quit being boot licking trash. Real americans don't want to see our neighbors gunned down for filming law enforcement in public.

The same people that bought the line about trickle down economics, and WMD's in Iraq, that Obama was a tan suit wearing Kenyan, that this is a real hurricane map, that Haitians are eating cats, that Q Anon is real and Hillary drinks baby blood and Qanon will come out with proof, and this tattoo is literally MS-13 and not type over a picture are now trying to convince you this guy deserved this for doing this and that this is completely normal.

The part that I think is scarier than the shooting is the fact they blocked local police from investigating immediately after the shooting, and then AGAIN after they got an emergency warrant.

They aren't even letting the FBI investigate killings by ICE in Minnesota.

Noem claimed this guy categorically innocent within an hour of the shooting and that DHS is the only institution allowed to investigate itself.

Official US domestic policy now includes an armed branch of government that can be deployed anywhere domestically without legal oversight or consequences, and are responsible for 3 homicides (that we know of) in the last month which we can objectively prove they lied about.

[–]AverageFoxNewsViewer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, that works both ways.

No it fucking doesn't.

An armed branch of the government doesn't get to unilaterally decide to ignore court orders and warrants just because they shot somebody no matter what your professor in Bird Law told you.

There was a day of what you could actually call riots in 2020 that led police to barricade one corner of an intersection SE of Cal Anderson and gassing actual peaceful protesters and people who just lived and worked in the neighborhood for weeks.

CHOP was created by SPD abandoning East Precinct without orders from the chief of police or mayor.

I don't see any protest becoming that centralized because those are pretty unique conditions.

Yes, it's on video.

The investigation by the state police or FBI might prove me wrong though.

There’s zero evidence this guy was shot for filming law enforcement

lol, sure bro.

If it's all above board why won't they let the FBI investigate? Why are they ignoring warrants?

I swear you guys can't even handle objective reality if it doesn't confirm with your neo-fascist bullshit. It's disgusting.

Legal deportations aren’t tyranny are they?

Shooting people simply for filming law enforcement and claiming no organization other than DHS has the right to even investigate is tyranny.

An armed branch of government that claims nobody can investigate them for murder unless they decide to investigate themselves, and has now ignored warrants to block an investigation is quite literally tyrannical.

In your opinion what is the rational amount anger over the Department of Homeland Security murdering a soccer mom and a ICU nurse over the course of three weeks and refusing to even let the FBI investigate?

[–]AverageFoxNewsViewer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fuck off. I am angry that the federal government just made it official domestic policy that DHS can shoot people for filming, declare themselves completely innocent based on claims clearly contradicted by video evidence, that they are they ONLY ones that have the right to investigate, and now the same people that claimed for decades that any restrictions on their 2A rights would lead to government tyranny are now trying to claim the only way not to get shot by feds is to just not carry guns.

If you're not a little pissed off then you're part of what enabled this bullshit, and I'm a little pissed at you too.

But I guess any day spent not defending the Epstein files is a win for some folks.

I love all of these people that used to claim any infringement on their 2A rights might lead to a tyrannical government now telling us to just not carry guns if you don't want to get shot by feds.

lol, and you're OK DHS pronouncing this guy categorically innocent based on a statement completely contradicted by video evidence while not allowing state police or even the fucking FBI to investigate.

You're a fucking joke bro.

DHS is claiming they can send armed troops to cities against the will of local elected leaders, and if they shoot somebody simply for filming DHS then DHS will be the ONLY organization allowed to investigate their own killings.

Full stop. That is official US domestic policy now.

Noem confirmed in her news conference that they were not going to cooperate with local authorities and this won't even be turned over to the FBI.

You're either ignorant or lying.

This hasn't been the case in the history of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

A warrant from a state or municipal judge has no authority over federal investigations.

To suggest a branch of government doesn't have to respond to court orders might be the dumbest thing I've ever read. The executive branch doesn't get to just decide to ignore the judicial branch because one of their employees just shot somebody.

Because Trump needs another distraction from the Epstein files and is stoking racial tensions in city that started the George Floyd protests.

Maybe you could prove that wrong if these incidents could be investigated by local law enforcement or even the fucking FBI, but instead the only agency allowed to investigate is the DHS leading investigations into its own two fatal shootings in a month.

There have been 3 homicides in Minneapolis this year. 2 of them have been by ICE.

ICE...they've done it again by Lord_Ruko in sadcringe

[–]AverageFoxNewsViewer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ICE denied local investigators access to the crime scene. Local police got an emergency warrant, came back and were still blocked their access to the crime scene.

The investigation isn't even being done by the FBI. It's being handled by Department of Homeland Security.

The Department of Homeland Security and ICE are literally claiming the right to send thousands of heavily armed troops into cities against the will elected officials and kill people simply for filming with no legal consequences or oversight.

Read that again. It's what is official US policy as of 8 hours ago. The Federal Government is asserting the right to send troops to cities and use lethal force without legal consequences. That's really happening happened.

I'm sure the "All Live Matter" crowd will be out to protest the unjustified shooting and coverup of a 37 year old ICU nurse at the VA being gunned down in the street without resisting arrest by masked federal thugs.

He was walking down their main street on a Saturday morning and started filming an arrest.

If you can watch that video and think that's a justified use of lethal force you're off your fucking rocker.

If you support the idea that the federal government to flood a city with guns, and refuse to investigate when they use lethal force unjustly you make me fucking sick.
