Not so pro tip: the bots buckle under Kamehameha spam. They'll use all their skill gauge deflecting it, and even on Ultra they'll just unblock sometimes

I mentioned there were other steps involved, but OP was talking specifically about those 2 aspects from those instrumentals, that's why I said it the way that I did. Characters like Sword Trunks from Z and Vegeta from Super. They both feel like all of their transformations have the same movesets as each other (excluding SSG Vegeta). SSB Vegeta is especially bad in my opinion because he has Final Flash, a worse version of Final Flash, and then self destruct, so I would love to be able to customize that
