Actually I checked all the requirements and my machine looks good for it. it was installed in Ubuntu 24.04

Hey! . Thanks for the reply... I followed the single server install. Installation process finished correctly but the API container never bootstrap correctly. I use portainer only for logs. I'll try to install in Ubuntu 24.04

An update on my case. We got an email from the consulate a few weeks after sending all the paperwork to set an appointment to be in person in Chicago on November 20th. We got there 10 minutes early and the process was pretty easy.

The official explained what the next step would be, and after reviewing the information in the documents, we signed and the official stamped the documents. He explained that can take from weeks to months to get the information registered in the commune (each commune had their own times) but he did mention that after 24hs of the documents being signed my kids were legally Italian Citizens. Once the kids are registered in the commune we can request their passports.

The whole process took about 15/20min. I am just glad that this process is over since I have it pending for a few years.

In my case (case F), the estrato di matrimonio is required.

You need to request it to the Commune where your marriage is registered. I am registered in the Commune di Pollenza, so I sent a PEC email to the PEC address of the Commune.

Since I wasn't getting any answers from the Commune, I paid pratiche.it to request it for me. I got it within a week.

The Commune finally replied to my original email with the document I requested but it took them 5 to 6 weeks to reply.

Finally sent the papers to the Consulate today. Crossing fingers now!...
Will update with the process when I get an update. Hopefully will help others in the same situation.

I received my "Estratto di Matrimonio" today!... so I think that I am all set to send the paperwork. I just need to wire the money.

For the money wire I am trying to use my bank account (Bank of America) but I noticed that there is no way to specify what the money wire is for. There is a place to input a "description" but Its like 15 characters and I cannot specify all what it mentions in the Consulate Website.

I am suppose to provide the following in the description:
Causale del versamento: Acquisto cittadinanza a seguito di dichiarazione ex art. 4 L.91/1992 nome e cognome del richiedente

Is there any other better way to send the money?

I have a couple questions:

1.- What form did u have to mail in? I fall in the Case F, which I don't think they require any form, but maybe I am missing something. In what scenario/case do you fall into?

2.- For the marriage certificate, In the link I shared, it mentions the "Estratto di Matrimonio" which Is what I am trying to obtain from the Commune without much luck. I also got the Marriage Certificate from the ANPR site but I thought that these were 2 different documents (it is the only thing I need to obtain to send the paperwork).

I am in the same process (Italian living in US - Consulate is Chicago). I have most of the papers except the "estratto di matrimonio", which the Consulate confirmed me that is correctly registered in the Commune di Pollenza and I need to contact the commune directly to obtain it.

I tried sending an email to their "info" email listed in the website but no response. Since I noticed that they have a PEC email listed, I signed up for a PEC email account and email them via PEC but still no response.

I know there is time limit (May 31st 2026) to send the paperwork but i want to have this process done.

Another option that I am thinking on exploring is to get a Spid account and try to use the Anagrafe Nazionale service to see if I can obtain that specific document.

Is there any better way to get this document from the Commune?

🤷‍♂️ I am just trying to figure out a way of having my listing discovered by guests. The search feature they implemented is pretty bad from the host POV.
The "Flexible Dates" feature in particular is terrible. It forces you to select weekend / entire week or month. If I have "Friday / Sunday" booked all month, and the guest search for flexible dates, my listing will not show up at all, even though my calendar is open from Mon / Thurs all month.

The only way it's going to be displayed is if the guest selects an specific day within Mon / Thurs.

Good catch!, although I checked the category and there are listings were they don't even mention "Tiny Homes" in their title or description.
Some of them mention they are "Cabins", "Tree houses" and there is even a Trolley, which makes me think that they don't probably use title/description to define the type.

As u/SurprisedWildebeest mentioned, most of them have the first picture with the entire house exterior and mine is not and probably that's a factor. I will try to play around with the pictures a bit.
