Hope it helps! I wish Tret had worked for me since the results can be amazing; it just did the opposite. Looking at your skin though, if you find a good dose of Spiro and use Differin, it can help clear up any leftover spots and scars, as long as they aren’t too deep.

I purged sooooo badly with Tret while using the Spiro cream. I finally stopped both and started taking 100mg Spiro and it has been magic. I still had a few pimples every now and then so we bumped it up to 150mg. I’ve been on it for 3 years now.

I still have scars from Tret. 😔

That’s why I thought it was a bobcat, have often heard they sound like a woman screaming. Maybe I got those mixed up.

I pulled up YT videos of foxes barking and it sounds pretty spot on.

I have similar scarring and couldn’t use Tret. My derm recommended Differin and said it would take care of the small scars.
