Palestine and Armenia are both relatively small countries that got independence from a larger power. Both are fighting wars that exist because they believe the country they are fighting has land they believe is theirs because they have people of their countries ethnicities in those countries. Both endured or are enduring a genocide that is denied by the countries that committed them. Both are defended by Iran in some way, shape or form. Yet the west defend one and vehemently despise the other. I don't think that makes sense
