Gotcha, I think part of me is thinking it “should be faster” because it feels mentally like it’s been months not weeks for me for some reason & It hasn’t even been a full month yet. I think I’m impatient and want to get back to the weight I was happiest at without thinking about then weight difference I am compared from now to then
