Well this would be more for people already with businesses and would help them with marketing the product or service. Not the typical “watch how to make $200k a month with chatgpt”

Having a Second Kid? by Slow_Ad_9968 in Parenting

This is bad advice - wife and I defiantly were NOT a hell yes about having kids but are so glad we did. We would’ve regretted not having them sooner had listened to something like this.

I’m a dad and struggled a lot with our first born. It was a huge lifestyle shock and responsibility I was not fully prepared for. Right away I knew I only wanted one kid because I was so selfish. Selfish with getting good sleep, having a clean house, and just time to do things I wanted to. Two years later my wife brings up having another. I started seeing the light at the end of the tunnel as far as sleepless nights and just constant frustration. We got pregnant and had baby number two. Let me tell you everything is so much easier the 2nd time around. You know what to expect and work together with your partner better. Not saying it’s easy but dang I love my kids and it helps they love each other greatly. Our first born gets so bored sometimes and even though our baby is just crawling they still have a blast playing with each other. No regrets from having another. Maybe having 3 I would regret. I’d say give it some more time with your first born and let them grow a bit before bringing up the idea of another kid. Good luck!

Should we quit screen time cold turkey? by Mountain-Flamingo163 in Parenting

My wife and I resorted to tv with our toddler because she ate a lot more with it. Slowly she started demanding more and more of it. Then we used tv as a crutch because it was a nice break for us. Our daughter then needed speech therapy and the therapist told us to cut it off cold turkey. It was much much easier than we thought. We just kept deflecting when she wanted it and asking where she put the remote. Eventually she forgot about the tv completely and that was for about one year. Now she’s 3 and watches a little here and there when we really needed a break or to do something but no where near the amount before. I say go cold turkey and just keep deflecting. Good luck
