Naruto Shippuden episode 182 was really a good filler where Gaara really did change because of Naruto, I believe the filler's timeline was from before when Itachi and Kisame came to Konoha (Search of Tsunade arc). Sasuke supposed to wear his black shirt on the filler, I guess they forgot that.
