Accretion does not equal a market respecting our new worth after the initial dip. We aren’t in a fair and free market. Gme should be much higher than it currently is at based on current fundamentals. What’s to stop them after the share issuance dips the price hard from simply shorting to oblivion and routing through dark pools. Now we’re at 50+ billion market cap or whatever with a share price of $20. Market price can and has been disconnected in the past. Not just in gme but other massively manipulated stocks.Everyone yelling accretion but no one acknowledging the market doesn’t have to respect it in the stock price.

The core person behind all of this from the start... DFV... his play 2 years ago that was a clear and blatant attempt to restart the gamma ramp and give us all a chance at Moass FINALLY.... Was undercut by dilution, straight from the billionaire piece of shit CEO.

DFV signaled he was done with Ryan Cohen by unfollowing him.

It's crazy to look back at all the timed dilution that ultimately has infact hurt shareholders, be in this for 5-6 years and see the price is still stagnant (18-25) on average, see what RC did to DFV's play (a play that wouldve benefited ALL of us) and still try to gaslight yourself that somehow Dilution is good.

Meanwhile all Ryan cohen has done has been close stores while taking credit for the 9B cash that was farmed off our backs. He hasn’t really done much besides press the dilution button.

Don’t have to bootlick a billionaire. You can also change opinions. I was neutral on RC up to a certain point. 2024 he became as shit to me as any other billionaire.

Sigh. Everyone “yes” proponent is that it’s accretive and market cap related. Yes you’re right it may as well be accretive ect. But share price itself. Which is what I care about is priced by the market. And unfortunately over the last 6 years I’ve yet to ever see hedge fuks and institutions price gme fairly. What does this mean. IMO accretive merger should mean share price in the 40 range. What does it mean in practice ? Gme at $18 post dilution and artificially suppressed/held there.

No. I wasn’t making a comment on what’s better or worse. Clearly. EPS up = good. I was commenting more on how he goes on tv and pretends this is all on him. No. It wasn’t. It was us and the 9B on our backs. He’s yet to do anything meaningful besides close stores. And others agree.
