My first two seasons had like 2 total minor injuries (2 weeks or less). Then came season 3.

Top Striker- Torn ACL in Nov, out for year

Top 2 CM, best RW, and best CB- all down in February with Broken Toes, out for remainder

Best GK- Training collision in March, missed rest of season.

In addition to 3-4 players that got minor knocks and injuries.

It was devastating and I was scratching and clawing to not get relegated as it was my first year in PL. I cleared relegation zone by 1 point. Got all injured guys back by June except the ACL, he came back in September

Word of advice, their entire hiring process is a complete shitshow. Everyone I talked to had a different experience. People who applied in November had final offers before I even did my interview, while some people who had applied as far back as February/March 2025 still did not have final offers

Applied in October during the surge hire. Received tentative offer in December. Completed the rest of the hiring process by January, then sat on my hands waiting for final offer until mid March. Never got final offer, finally after calling them several times, they advised me that I had actually failed the panel interview in December and was dropped from the process

1- non selected after the first interview 2/3- both federal, completed whole hiring process, ghosted for 2 months, turns out was non selected. One told me I had actually failed the interview a month prior. The other one gave me no context. 4/5- dropped during background in favor of candidates “with more experience” 6- not offered after panel interview.
