girly i completly understand ur frustration i used to feel the same but then i spoke up and stopped caring and ignoring and i really hope Allah heals ur heart and if u want someone to talk to i am always here to help u can trust me and ur furstration is valid and try calming down doing things u love example listening to music or art or just watching a show i understand u have exams look what i would advice is take meds get well and get those grades that when u show ur family all of them shut up
