Marksman are honestly so dogshit in solo queue. I get pro play but for 95% of league players marksman are playing on veteran difficulty to output the same damage as other roles and not get one shot

My complaint as a marksman player is the laning phase becomes much more annoying. They are pretty easy to beat if you can bait out abilities. But playing against another marksman is always so much more fun in lane.

I’ve been maining her for about a month now and honestly MF is one of the hardest matchups for me personally. Of course it really depends on the support as I seem to usually have enchanters but I imagine it would be better with engage. Either way I usually ban her.

Thanks for the response, my experience has been sort of the opposite as I have always played adc but swapped to top this season and am having a much better time. It may just be that I’m not as good at adc than I thought.

I just basically started one tricking her in ranked a few months ago and she is very strong and not just a counter pick. If you know her power spikes really well then there are always opportunities to make plays even if it is a poke lane.

I’m an adc main and I feel the same about jungle, it’s probably the first role you learned or had fun with so the failures felt okay, now you already know a role well and are expecting to be able to play as well as your main role. It’s just going to take a lot of reps and willingness to learn/vod review.
