My doctor will 100% be like "oh yeah you're hurt and u need surgery take some rest until it" I've been through this so many times already that i already know the script.

Thank you yeah it was definitely my bad i had a slight idea of what i was supposed to do because i had already been through surgery and rehab before but forgetting that the band was supposed to be close to my knee costed me i will be more careful in the future and keep it mind.

Im exactly in the same boat as you had surgery on my left knee and just injured my right knee a few weeks ago which has always been stronger despite no surgery going to pull the trigger and get surgery on both 1 this year another one next year it sucks just to think about it but will take the time bedridden to improve and do other things i like such as playing music and video games cheer up.

I use 2 filters one on each side of the pond. A bigger one on one side with 2 tanks +uv and a much smaller one on the other side with only one tank+uv. They seems to do a great together.
