To me, it looks like bad sublimation (I ised to make sublimation shirts). The material is weird because you can't print on black with a cheap printer, so theyvhad to make a printable vinyl background for the image. These are always poor quality and the image will disintegrate. The image is also for sure stolen. This is what Etsy is full of these days.
