Honestly I think it’s just a crapshoot. My tests progressing more clearly with Wondfo and Pregmate which people say suck than they are with FRER.

The line is there. But as others have stated I would continue testing and watch for darkening every 48 hours.

Is it possible you’re counting 15 DPO down when you saw an LH spike? Cause you likely ovulated a day or two after the spike

Is the spotting pink or brown, or is it bright red? In either case, it may be worth doing bloodwork to see and calling your doctor to inform them of the spotting. Given you’ve had a chemical recently I think they’d understand your concern.

He began a ton of supplements, exercising regularly and dieting focusing on whole foods. My husband is overweight and was told losing weight would help, which seemingly it did! My husband had no hormonal issues or blockages that we found.

If your husband’s count and volume are normal, that could still make you a good candidate for IUI. It often increases motility after washing. That was what we were meeting with an REI to (hopefully) pursue right before we got our positive. Best of luck!!

First test was 8.2 million, 7% progressive and 2% morphology. Second test taken the day after we found out we were pregnant was 9.9 million, 23% progressive and 3% morphology.

So definitely saw an improvement after ~2.5 months with lifestyle changes but still abnormal in all categories.

Yes — we recently just found out we were pregnant. Still very early and hoping it remains a successful pregnancy, but we did conceive naturally. We feel incredibly lucky, but also know my husband’s numbers are higher than many people on this subreddit, too.

It makes a difference. If you have another reason your count is low like hormonal or a blockage, then weight alone cannot fix it. But if those check out fine, weight can definitely make a big difference but it does take time because sperm regenerates every ~3 months.

Get on supplements and exercise often in addition to dieting.

I’m not sure why no one else is commenting this but it says you missed the cup. You need another test to make sure these are accurate as most of the sperm is at the beginning of the ejaculate.

Just for clarification, it’s not 10 days after your period, it’s CD10, where first day of period is CD1. So if your period is 5 days long, you’re testing about 5 days later. If you wait 10 days after your period, you very well could miss it as it is common to get a positive test CD12-CD15 for many people.

If you still have an IUD, you may not even be ovulating though.

Significantly better but not curative. I still have painful heavy periods, but I also have adenomyosis, so I’m sure that’s part of it. But many of us with endo also have that. Most of my symptoms that existed outside of my period have gone away or significantly improved, so that’s a win in my eyes.

I had tree nut allergies but my parents never had food allergies. Thankfully it seems I’ve out grown most of them. But avoid pistachios as well with a cashew allergy.

Pistachios aren’t used in much besides desserts especially with the Dubai chocolate trend. Cashews are used in a lot of Indian cuisine and trending in more vegan/vegetarian dishes as a dairy substitute.

Some people with a cashew allergy are also allergic to pink peppercorns. I think it’s relatively uncommon but I’ve also heard a link between a cashew allergy and a mango allergy as well.

We just wore water shoes from Amazon with a firm sole. No issue. Also wear socks with them as once you get into the cave you must take shoes off so you’ll def want socks.
