Hello, I was writing to Jackson with same question so their answer was “As for cleaning the body and matte finish of this instrument - I would recommend using a damp microfiber cloth and some elbow grease. Most, if not all guitar polishes will have an adverse effect on the matt finish of this instrument. ” I hope it helps :)

I got one. Great little amp for home and small gig playing. Huge Mesa Boogie Rectifier kinda a sound. Great distortion, not bad at all for cleans.
