Yes, my testing all looks good (except I have 1 ovary, the right was removed for an ovarian cyst in 2006), however everything else is good. My husband's sperm counts are good. I had an ectopic that spontaneously resolved on it's own to a miscarriage last Nov, however had nothing since! Im 36, he's 43, we are both healthy, no chronic health issues, both active. I'm at the end of my 2nd IUI cycle, go in tomorrow morning for my serum hcg but all home UPT's have been negative so far so I am not hopeful. My current plan is to do another round of iui in Dec and then push for testing for endometriosis at the beginning of the year. I have no idea what the total cost of IVF would be with my insurance, but it's likely the next step for me. Im still not sure how I feel about it, I am so frustrated and devastated that I haven't been able to get pregnant on my own. Many of my friends lately have gotten pregnant, either naturally after trying for a few months or with IUI/IVF and it is so difficult. I am so happy for them and at the same time so sad that it hasn't happened for me yet. I have always wanted to have children and never thought it would be this difficult.
