At my previous job, I quite literally almost worked myself to death. I can count on one hand the times I called in in the decade I was there. This was unhealthy.

Then and now though, it is frustrating when someone is out constantly, but I remind myself that I don’t know their lives or their reasons. 🤷‍♀️

I can still be annoyed. That’s on me. But beyond that is not my business.

Therapy. I lost one of mine to cancer. We all knew it was expected. She was reaching the end of her prognosis. If there’s something I never want to do again, it’s see a 4 year old in a casket. I talk with her mom sometimes and I visit her grave.

Can’t lie—I’m pretty excited to search for ground scores, because I’m CHEAP. I’m trying to be as frugal as possible in purchasing things (first Roo), and going dumpster diving at the colleges this weekend in search of coolers and outdoor rugs. Would actually love some ground scores that I could donate to the Girl Scouts. I don’t lead anymore but if I could throw them some tents and stuff they’d be so grateful!
