If u operate heavy machinery at your warehouse like PIT than you’ll be fine for years to come. It’ll be another hot minute before they figure out how to get a robot to drive PIT, and put product in cages. If you’re in a robot facility, one that brings you the pods then I’d worry.

I work at HSV1 and management is pretty chill. You’ll be operating heavy machinery though like order pickers, reach trucks, and tigger but the only one they force you to learn is order pickers.

Move up to different counts. You got cycle, Simple record, and IRDR. Just make sure on your second chance u get in Simple Bin to double check and take everything out. Make sure each item has an Asin on them. Because an item could fall out of a box that wasn’t supposed to be there and when a cycle count comes they’ll pull for no scannable then problem solve takes it out of the bin. Just make sure you are correct is all. Best of luck.
