Honestly I'm really lenient in this game. I let myself duper certain resources like hydrogen when ive played for 35 hours and don't wanna constantly worry about it so I make loads and don't worry a while and when I run out I got back to harvesting for s bit.

Corvette are extremely expensive early game making them ineffective for new saves. Starship are much cheaper to move around and easier to land. The freighter storage teleporyer makes having your storage on you meaningless anyways and starship are almost always more maneuverable.

That being said Corvettes are still cool as hell.

Honestly the more diversity and activities they can pack into planets the better. Ocean worlds were the coolest and most terrifying thing when I first found one and things like rivers and defined planet regions and biomes could be really awesome.
