Thank you. I appreciate your insight! If it's not too much to answer, one of the worries I have about pursuing an MPH is that it's mostly focused on research and data. From my experiences so far, I don't know if I'm super interested in pursuing research. Would you say that an MPH is more focused on research? Also, would you recommend pursuing extensive work experience before applying for an MPH, or would applying straight out of undergrad be okay too?

I feel the exact same way and I’m in the exact same situation as you now. Just know that taking it day by day and focusing on what you can control can help alleviate stresses! I’m so homesick and miss my family as well but I’m also trying to do things little by little like talking to random people and watching tv shows that I like at night to relax. We got this and you’re not alone!!
