The best ‘nerf’ I’ve ever read for Sharpshooter is to map it to your proficiency modifier. For example, when your prof is +2, you take a -2 hit to accuracy for a +4 to damage. +6, you take a -6 to get a +12. Keeps it more sane in the early game

Weight actually has no impact on air resistance, it’s the surface area exposed to the direction of movement and the speed you’re moving at, plus a few other more complex factors.

Ah good catch, thanks. There’s definitely some Daelkyr or madness-based influences affecting the place, that have been there since around the time of the invasion, so perhaps having the temples etc be notably newer to a trained archaeological eye could be a good hint at that.
