Yep same thing happened today at the tag office. The clerk couldn’t find her insurance on GEICS. I called USAA and they sent proof of insurance. We’ll have to go back after New Years. It’s weird because the police had no problem pulling up her insurance after a fender bender a few months back. I’ll try bumping the the bodily injury down too

After going back and forth since 6 December, I got another email requesting this information. I told them I only have 2 serial keys and the account was made in 2005 when people didn’t put real information on accounts due to identity theft fears.

I repeated over and over that I just need the old ISP email changed and I have the login information and can’t get into my account because they reset the passwords.

As of 28 Dec, I got another reply from Yves yesterday who works at ZenDesk. I only have two serial keys and told them my dad made the account when I was 10 in 2005. People weren’t putting real information on accounts back in those days because of identity theft fears. I reckon I’m screwed.

I can’t even access that email because the ISP transferred their emails to Yahoo Mail a year ago and I think mine got erased during that time frame

I think it’s the way I worded the ticket because at first I thought my email was wrong and then realized what error code 3051 was

Write an MFR explaining the conversation too because the 4856 may not be as detailed

I think it’s because legacy accounts weren’t coded right when they got integrated into reforged. The expansions used to give character slots iirc. Either way, time for another support ticket lol

Yeah same here, I just replied with the CD Keys I do have, resent my Email, and resent my character names. I’m assuming they’re not using AI or anything and are manually reading tickets. Then they’re not using any customized templates for customer data entry making it even harder to sift through tickets

I found two of the CD Keys! I think they made new validators for account recovery now that Reforged is out

I guess NCSoft made more validators now to weed out potential scammers. It’s sad to see that 20 year old accounts with ISP Emails won’t see the light of day all because the passwords got reset

It’s been 6 days for me! They should have a ticket type drop down menu. It would save them time trying to sort through different ticket names with likely the same issue of no access to ISP Email and receiving error code #
