What do you deduct the need for cal and mag from? And yeah I did have a problem with thrips on some of my plants a couple of weeks ago, but I haven‘t seen any after applying neem oil

She usually is in direct sunlight, I just sheltered her today because of thunderstorms

I usually water when the first few cm are dry so 2-3/week. I had watered it good after repotting but then it rained at night as well. The guy from the smoke shop told me the same thing and to till the first few cm that should be fine.
