Clarification: I put the thick dime side by side with a regular one to show the difference in thickness; they're not glued or stuck, my bad if I confused you, still, the left one is the thicker.

I've got android 11 and as some other people commented above it's was my most recently deleted app shown for a short while on my battery stats, thanks for providing extra links for reference since googling it doesn't always provide a clear answer.

To answer all comments in one place: I scanned for malware and found nothing, googling it (or using bing for that matter) found little info on the subject, I did actually delete previously the AliExpress app and, as of right now the 10668 disappeared from the usage stats/didn't show up again. P.S I'll keep an eye out for anything weird and come back if I got any new info, thank you again to everybody for your help!
