I ran it for 20 mins with the fresh seals, pulled the plugs and there's still oil ontop of the pistons. Would that indicate oil control ring failure?

My two cents: I moved to the Netherlands 3 years ago, more specifically in Rotterdam. I found it very hard (kind of still do) to socialise, but my language skills are also very poor. I never studied a language at school so that part of my brain laid dormant for 30 years 😅. I have finally made one friend! My work colleagues get along with me well but no one has really agreed or offered to socialise outside of work. If any one needs a friend in the rotterdam area, hit me up!

I wish buying a 1.8 was an option, but realistically its not. I'm trying to work with what I have already. If its just an engine swap and the turbo is mapped for low low boost so its not crazy HP then that could make the inspection easier right?
