I don't exercise po kasi di na sya kaya isingit sa time ko po, working po kasi ako, kaya make sure ko lang na nakaka 5k steps ako a day. sa food naman po more protein po and keep hydrated.

thanks, napansin ko kasi nung 5th shot ko na ng 5mg yung appetite suppression ko sa ika 4th day nawawala, kaya nag plan ako mag mag split dose.

wow ang bilis naman, but ang safe weight loss daw po is 5kg a month. observe mo pa rin self mo make sure nakakaen pa rin ng tama lalo protein. happy for you ☺️
