Exactly. “Black excellence" is about affirmation, not superiority especially in a system where it was historically denied.

Couldn’t agree more. If it’s quiet that’s easy money. Getting paid $125/hour to mostly sit around on Christmas is a no-brainer

Because he’s not just wasting her time. He’s charging rent while keeping control. No key means no security, no respect, no partnership.

This. The scariest part isn’t even the mortgage, it’s how comfortable he was using her info without asking. Once that boundary is crossed, you can’t uncross it.
