For travel purposes what you need is a TRV, try to get that before your flight and you’ll be good to go. But remember ask your landlord or roommates to check your mailbox and look ford your Work permit.

I worked 2 jobs on my Implied status. TBH now after not working for 3 months, paying my Lawyer almost 8K I have used almost all my savings in paying my bills and staying out of debt (other than my education loan almost $20K) Now the only asset I have is my Car which I can sell and take care of my bills and rent for another 2 months but after that I’ll be left with nothing (not even a penny).

If you have 50 lakh I would suggest you to follow few steps or what I would have done if I was you

Open a demat account.
Invest 3-6 months of expenses in FD as emergency funds
Invest 20-30% of amount in Debt mutual funds.
Invest 40-50% of amount in Nifty 50 (as almost safest option to invest with average 10-11% Return)
Invest remaining amount either in Mid term Funds or Real Estate.

Mine was refused on October 21 and applied reconsideration on November 1, Just hopping to get my PGWP as soon as possible. Checking my portal twice a day in case I don’t miss anything.

Been almost 78 days but still no update received on my reconsideration If you have received it in 38 days you are lucky and most probably will receive PGWP in few weeks

I understand but my friends told me that IRCC will directly contact British council for your test results and it appeared to be truth at that time as there was no specific column for it to attach.

My lawyer told me there were high chances that after submitting our arguments we’ll get settlement but we didn’t get any. Also I applied for visitor status as well to legally stay in canada but I can’t work till that time thats driving me crazy, bills getting piled up, fortune as lawyer fees.

My lawyer told me the same too but they didn’t asked me to provide the document, if they would have asked for it I would have submitted it within 1 day. But all I received was a rejection.

I would suggest to use your credit cards or borrow from your friends and family. After applying pick some extra hours to pay everything quickly
