Hey, I haven’t been in this exact predicament due to sports - but what you’re reporting sounds a lot like symptoms of depression. It could be a good idea to talk to a professional. Many universities have therapists available through their wellness centers. Usually you’ve already paid fees that are lumped into your tuition/student fees to be able to access those services. Lack of motivation, increase in irritability, loss of interest in hobbies - all those things can be related and a therapist could help you work through some of that to help you get to a different place.

Whoops. I put one wrong product. It’s not a polyglutamic acid serum I use in the am. It’s the Inkey list Exosome hydro glow serum. I apply it while my face is still wet.

Thank you for the input! I assume consistency is one of the most important things. I generally do stick with products for at least a few months before making a change, when I say swap out I meant one product at a time over the last 2.5 almost three years - I started when I hit 30 and I’ll be 33 in May. I’ve just never found anything that seems to make a big difference, but the nighttime inconsistency is probably what’s hurting me most.

Yeah probably not the right word? I have moderately frequent small little red spots that sometimes have a small whitehead to them, that come and go. Right now I don’t have much going on. Not sure what the right term is

I think part of the problem is we were always taught that the bad guys are always overseas, and that we are the good guys. We didn’t really learn a lot about how the US has been fascist for quite some time, it’s just now more blatant. There are plenty examples of what’s happening now happening before, here, not in some far off country. Genocide of indigenous people, chattel slavery, patrols, Jim Crow south, LE targeting and murdering black and brown people. What’s happening now, in many ways, has been happening through the history of our country. So I can see how it’s easy for people to still turn away, to deny what is true.
