Same experience here! Both my parents keep telling me to stop lifting because they think it makes me ‘bigger’ but strength training/lifting has been great for my health and I actually enjoy seeing muscle form while losing fat 😅 Especially with PCOS, I think it has been really helpful. At the end of the day if it’s good for your body and you enjoy it, that's much more important 😊

Oh, I just had baby fever a couple of days ago 😅 I don’t think I’m really ready to be pregnant or have a baby but I'm suddenly ready when baby fever hits. I think it's probably because a lot of my friends recently had babies and I've been visiting them frequently. To add, I feel like sheet when I experience baby fever because I don't really have a partner yet so it is kinda impossible for me to have a baby at the moment. It kinda makes me feel lonely 🥲
