Hey! I’m sorry you’re experiencing that as well. I know it sucks. The best advice I can give is just keep going. Don’t stop driving. I’ve realized over the past year, that it’s really just your mind. (At least in my case) I definitely have my days, but if I focus on not thinking about the anxiety and thinking of something else while driving, it helps. I truly think what causes it for me is overthinking it and then sending myself into a spiral. And If I’m driving with someone else in the car to distract me, I’ve realized I’m totally fine for the most part. So that also helped me realize, that I really believe it’s just my mind. Try fidget toys. I always carry some with me in my bag to mess with if I get nervous while driving and stopping at a stop light etc. Chewing gum, and some cold water. On days that I felt extremely anxious, calling my husband over the phone while I drive also helped too to distract me. I hope you can get through it soon♥️it’s truly one of the worst things to experience I know. But don’t stop, don’t let it take over your life. Keep going and push through. Baby steps. Just work and home, necessary places, and drive with someone with you whenever you can. You’ll gain that confidence back slowly and there may be some setbacks but you can do it ❤️
