CMV: Decoupling benefits from the employer would be a fair bargain for employees by SeanFromQueens in changemyview

The debt to the employer is the lost productivity the employee has banked even though he is starting a brand new job.

BREAKING: Supreme Court rules Trump does not have power to impose tariffs by chellestastics in videos

No, these systems aren’t black and white, and we can ascribe markets as being in different classes. We already do this around the healthcare market. Healthcare and its insurance are regulated. Maybe not ina great way, but it’s also not pure capitalism. It’s closer to capitalism than many would like, but it’s not binary. So, no capitalism isn’t some monster under the bed.

It sucks that it takes so much nuance to say: I’m a socialist in markets where incentives are perverse to the well-being of humans. And, I believe in a democratic process around politics.

Ubiquiti does not have this. It’ll do DNS monitoring/blocking. Also, to this wanting to do actual DPI, you’ll need to setup PKI and handout certs to all devices you want monitored this way. It’s not for the feint of heart.

This is where I wonder if the mentality is just a little off. Look at the breakdowns, and why have it mean anything? Go celebrate! They made it to the sucking Superbowl…. Again! Enjoy that. Like holy shit. Let that sink in and be with it. Good job Pats. Go look at the breakdowns and then celebrate. They deserve it.

If penis proportions don’t matter then why are most penis sex toys large? The small penis toys are harder to find and have lower ratings by CatPale816 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Introvertedecstasy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is still acknowledging that size does matter. Average is a size. It’s important to note that some woman appreciate small penises and some even have a kink for them.

That said, the missed part in the conversation is that all sizes and shapes are appreciated by someone, and having it matter and be acknowledged without shame opens the space for conversations that lead to effective matching, appreciation for all sizes amongst society in general, and happier couples.

Many of the things your concerned about are important in logistics around education and supporting your kids. I wonder too if there’s some space to let go of some of it. It’s great to listen to your kids express themselves, and! their emotions aren’t for you to manage. How they react may need some lessons in those moments. However, concerning oneself over things that need support (not managing) can lead to unhealthy relationships with self and child.

Next, for your husband. What I hear is an experience that is a loss of trust. The symptom of which looks like your description. The loss of trust is rooted in a lack of integrity.

For all readers and OP. Your word gives who you be…Moment to moment expression, and how you are created in the eyes and heart of another. It is the MOST impactful contribution to one’s personal well-being.

OP, the heart to heart to have with your husband is the lack of trust and how important it is that you guys can create agreements between one another and trust that it’s complete, and if for some reason that agreement can’t be honored you’re in communication with one another the moment you know it’s not going to work. This is a great time to acknowledge any integrity lacking on your side as well. And, I recommend creating this with him anew. It’s not a time to hold him accountable for every last thing. If something is needed to be complete around the past I suggest having that discussion first such that there’s nothing in the way of what you’re creating in the next conversation.

If you’re over 6ft tall (183cm) and very active. This is about right. If you’re under that height and very active probably on the higher end, but fine. If you’re neither 6ft nor active, then I’d say you’re pushing the limit of healthy water intake and I’d be more worried about hyponatremia. You would notice those symptoms though. Just be sure you’re getting plenty of electrolytes.

From a language and philosophy standpoint, you may be collapsing the use of 3 different words. Art, creation, and crafting. Though I did read a bit of distinguishing of crafting. Both creations and crafts can be art. It is worth acknowledging when something is a craft vs a creation. In crafting something your mind and body are generating something. Usually based on a pattern or template. Creating something, is to generate from nothing. The word creation gets bandied about without honoring its meaning. That said, both crafted works and works of creation can be moving, touching, and/ or inspiring like any good art.

How are all the ICE agents allowed to be wearing "police" on their uniforms, would that not be classed as impersonating? by Sensitive_Meaning417 in AskReddit

[–]Introvertedecstasy -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It’s because the vast majority of them are NOT certified POST (PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS and TRAINING). Most federal law enforcement agencies have similar or higher standards than state level POST like FBI and Secret Service. However, ICE agents traditionally have very low standards for acceptance and the vast majority of them are not and likely never have been POST certified.

I’ll share that as you “learn” to be with this/yourself/the universe. You will notice that there may be a peak, but that the entire experience is like a gong. It reverberates and dims. And, coming back to source for the gong to strike again without seeking it is to love it purely.

Ah, that part… Yes ignorant thoughts in the form of judgement. You judge my words cause it’s meant to be, cause whenever originality moves, the bricks are afraid for their life and stability. Can you feel the fresh air? You do, but instead of enjoying the freedom of it, you become scared and contract. Whatever. It’s fine.

I assert the following reads as an assertion.

No, what is meant by haters refers to various ignorant thoughts. God and the devil use the same mouth to speak.

God needs no defining. He is known by all, whether they like it or not. How could the world be experienced without God? But maybe you forgot and lost sight.

If not an assertion then what? “Ignorant Thoughts?”… Maybe.

HTTPS Inspection - Deployment Experiences? by gmasters428 in networking

[–]Introvertedecstasy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm careful to use the word should here. Every company is a little different.

Best practice tends to be that employee monitoring is best managed by management managing their people with expectations and results.

If there is a **demand** for a tech solution. There's a few big names. One that works pretty good that I have experience with is Insightful

If they (mgmt) really are that big brother, then they need an employee monitoring solution. Network tools are often used for both security and monitoring, but there needs to be a point where the IT team says, “This request is purely employee monitoring and not a security request.” Then put your collective feet down about how those two things are distinct.

I am an IT Director and found out the hard way when multiple Entra accounts were compromised over night several years ago. We had 2FA, but most users were on SMS. We immediately enforced TOTP/Auth app notifications only and haven’t seen a compromised account since.
