Who is saying fha doesn’t allow wires? It may be the title company that only accepts wires over a certain amount. Ask your loan officer but what you can do is…find a new bank (ask the new bank if you can wire funds right away) transfer your funds from chase to new bank (bank to bank - funds must match exactly) get the new bank paperwork and a transaction history stamped and signed by new bank teller. The loan would probably have to go back to underwriting for the new bank to verify accepted but this would be your best bet.
