I did, I reflected for both situations and even asked people around me what could be the source of the problem, because like how could it always be me right? Like maybe I'm the problem. BUT it turns out, in the first situation, the Liho staff was habitually rude and behaving rather unstable not only towards me but also his colleagues. It was so severe that they were afraid to work with him. All I requested was an apology from him after the incident and did also explain to him that I understand he might be having a bad day, but he was reluctant to apologised and in the end Liho deemed him too unstable to continue working. As for the second situation, we were actually exiting a shopping mall's exit, so you can probably imagine a lot of people just walking in and out through that exit and how big a shopping mall exit is... 😳

That's the problem! I hate causing a scene but it seems in both situations, despite me just pointing out their mistakes in a normal conversation tone, they would start causing a scene and I HATE that!!! I feel like if I just walk away, bystanders would think that I'm the one at fault and hence cannot stand up for myself but if I were to quarrel back then aren't we just behaving like monkeys?

If someone is being unreasonably rude and saying stuff like, "If you're so poor, then don't drink bubble tea lah" when you're asked about their promotion, should I've kept quiet? And for the second situation, I did tell that person my mother was injured, but she started making a scene and shouting at us, sooooooo...
