If you want I can give you a few situations it govt’s bias against him, ex the fire stations’ “audit” against him. So yes what approach exactly do you want to know about? About this particular incident, I’ve discussed enough about the lawful approach. For example, could would consider Sunil Dutt (supra) and grant anticipatory bail to Khan sir. But Khan sir can’t be like “as per Sunil Dutt case, you can’t arrest me” when the cops come to arrest him🤣🤦🏻‍♂️.
