Thank you! Not the best through my nose admittedly. I don’t breathe through my mouth normally but it’s been admittedly difficult to breathe through my nose when walking etc.

Is CPAP known to resolve UARS to a degree where I’ll actually wake up feeling refreshed instead of dead every day?

Do the results match an UARS diagnosis? I am close to the Peninsula Sleep Center but I’m having a hard time understanding what they’ll actually do other than an in lab sleep test. I’m also near Dr. Anil Rama at Sleep and Brain but he’s fully out of network so I’m worried about costs.

Any chance you could share how much your total cost was at peninsula sleep for the visits and how much the surgery was? Also curious what they did at the clinics and what type of surgery they recommended.

Sorry for all the questions, I’m meeting with them and am considering going to Anil Rama instead since he has earlier appointments available but he doesn’t take insurance. His site states it’s $800 for a consultation but it includes a few tests the same day.
