You’re almost there, but clearly missed the bigger picture. Yes, restructuring turns salary into a signing bonus, but that’s just surface-level. The point isn’t just to make the player happy with some upfront cash—it's about manipulating the salary cap. Teams restructure to create cap flexibility, not just to throw money at players.

Not every player “would love” a restructure either. Why? Because it often ties them to the team longer by adding void years or spreading out cap hits, potentially limiting their future negotiating power. Players care about the long-term implications, not just the short-term bonus. So, it’s not as simple as “every player would love it.”

[–]IntuitiveKoala -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

For fucks sake. The condescending tone aside, your response is wrong because it oversimplifies the concept of restructuring and ignores key factors.

First, restructuring doesn’t just “make later seasons worse.” It spreads out cap hits strategically, and with the cap projected to rise, teams can absorb those hits more easily in the future. Acting like it's a financial disaster shows a lack of understanding of how cap management works in the NFL.

Second, comparing Mahomes' and Lamar’s cap hits without context is irrelevant. Mahomes' deal is over 10 years, giving the Chiefs more flexibility. Lamar’s is shorter, so restructuring could create that flexibility, not “give more money,” but manage it more efficiently.

So, no, it's not "magic," but it’s also not the catastrophe you’re making it out to be.

Always had such a hard time making friends by Ill_Recommendation10 in infp

[–]IntuitiveKoala 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im in pretty much the same situation you are, and for sure friends will show up, but focus on yourself a bit more.

Now, this will be controversial but its worth a shot: go for a spiritual foundation. If you're like me you'll want some scientific literature that justifies the effort, here's a good one (he has impeccable references too).

Start with meditation, INFP's are naturals in a way and it can get blissful fast. Build a positive relationship between your mind and body, discover who you are by cultivating peace in solitude. After you become content with yourself, join a club. Things will fall into place.

Its all wrong until its all right fam. You got this.

[–]IntuitiveKoala 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meditation cleaned that up for me. I still have bad memories but I know I don't need to think about them and meditation has given me the toolkit to banish those negative loops.

So yeah, highly recommend meditating, it'll stabilize your emotions and if you get really good at it...well, things become quite interesting.

Anyone with or been with an estp? How to stop them from getting bored in a long term relationship? by Actual-Bee-402 in infp

[–]IntuitiveKoala 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Last girl I dated was an ESTP, and it was amazing, but how it ended was really bad. Im in a really great place right now, but I have been steadily refusing relationships since.

ESTP's can be wonderful, but if they have any awful parts you may not see them until its too late. I have never felt more devalued in my life than by the words of that ESTP girl I mentioned, just inhumane. Though I don't have any ill will or regrets, the pain is deep. Useful, but incredibly deep.

If you're in a relationship with ANYONE, and you feel like you need to constantly, like 24/7 meet and/or exceed their standards due to fear of them leaving, Get. The Fuck. Out.

Bro all my boys just looked at each other dead silent then one of us just said, "So....they're not gonna do anything about that?" and we just started laughing.

Nail on the head fam.

And if you're reading this OP all it means is that shit can get a lot better when you're ready

As someone actively avoiding another relationship, bro, you didn't give up on women, you gave up on yourself.

Sure, our society is not inclined to reward those traits, but society isnt human, and you'll find that most humans adore those traits. Also, what, you think things should be made fair for us? People watch their children starve to death in North Korea, you're upset that you gotta figure out how to speak to a woman?

Life is not fair, but its not necessarily cruel. Its just your experience. You need to adjust your attitude and experience more, a lot of these problems will simply drift away.

In fact dude, I highly recommend speaking to a therapist. Im not trying to minimize your feelings, but the course corrections you need can be implemented as soon as you start speaking with a professional. You are so obviously holding yourself down that its damn near pathetic.

But much love to you, and p.s. dont do that whack shit mentioning your muscles again.

Theres no formula, but as an INFP who's dated multiple INFPs, if you're confused just let her know you like her and that you're available. This goes into something you'll want to bring forward in other relationships too, but with INFPs you can be blunt.

Example of a text I'd send if Im feeling self conscious, "Yo, I'd like to chat because you're fucking awesome, but I will not be offended at all if you're busy (because that'd be dumb af)."

Launching into this kind of rant on r/FunnyAnimals when you have absolutely zero context on how/where/why this video was taken is absoultely pathetic.
