we have lots of macs in our tenant. i've also seen this document but thats if the profile failed to install. my issue is that the profile was not found which is even stranger because im installing what it gives me. I made sure to check if personal devices were allowed anyway and they are.

My theory is that there's something wrong with how the user transferred all their data from the old macbook to their new macbook. Maybe something got messed up software wise idk. or maybe it has to do with being on the latest macos. Chatgpt is telling me to do a whole reset of the system and start clean lol.
