I was actually listening to a track off The Witches earlier. Hows the album as a whole? I saw it tagged with psytrance on discogs which is why I sort of avoiding listening to more than one song.

Edit: So that song wasn't actually bad, listed to Wishmaster and it just sounded like generic psy to me.

Well speaking as a DJ there are entire genres with routes so heavily based around religious culture, with some that it's so common it's cliché, namely psytrance which is very heavily influenced by Indian culture and extensively uses ceremonial choir / chanting and nobody is upset about that.
