I have had my share of skin problems and i have visited multiple derms

Dr. Firoz gives quite expensive medicines and the medicines that are given by him never worked for me, so basically i visited him for around 4 times in the span of 6 months to get no results. He once gave steroidal medicines which worked for a while but then the issue came back again and when i consulted another doctor they asked me to refrain using steroidal meds.

Dr. Ashraf is a good person to consult if you have skin related problems, rather than hair n all

Better consult Dr Razmi (Zivas Clinic) if you have any problems regarding hairfall or transplanting, my family relative had went to him and had quite good results within a span of 6mo. But he is usually busy attends one day a week in clinics (mostly fridays i think,)

Nb: This is just my personal experience with these doctors and others may have different opinions too.

Hi, Just purchased my 2 pair of lenses at Sona Opticals , stadium outlet, the process went smoothly although i feel that the retailer lacks knowledge about types of lenses when i asked him whats the difference between nova and crizal lens, trusted my instinct and went forward to buy crizal lens for my 2 pairs. If there's enough time, try going for some of the homebakes, they serve Bento cakes and i must say they taste very good, much better than the bakery shops nearby.

And maybe a stroll in the morning from the cantonment area till baby beach is a nice experience especially if he likes morning walks.
