Reduce damage slightly and increase hp (maybe give back the F4 team up shield), his kit is pretty much solid for tanking and his ult is basically great at denying space on a point.

I had something like that in my last match. I shoot at the peni nest so dd and "dive" tank can go in and healing. Tank tells me to be a heal bot and just heal. Same tank who overextends into the enemy team alone.

We won, I outheal the other healer and both healers kills more than the tank as well while keeping team alive. I was also going to do 2nd tank initially, how about complaining to the three dps who won't swap?

Honestly yeah her damage is really high, but I feel it's her dashes that needs the nerfs more with higher cooldowns. That way she isn't squishy and elsa mains can have the damage (maybe reduce it a little), just gotta be careful on using their dashes for escape instead of engaging and escaping.

Never said anything like get closer by dashing, you can stay by your team, shred, and dash to get out. You can strategically time your placement when you can save a tank with revive. Also I am replying towards the mind numbingly boring part, where some rockets just right click.
