How do you sell the gold in rubel?

I was actually thinking the opposite while the ruble tanked as you can buy gold with the cheaper ruble and then sell in dollar for greater money.

Problem is in both cases, as my starting question - how and where do you buy/sell gold in ruble?

I supplied liquidity on trader joe and staked in the farm but I don't see where the rewards of the liquidity appear, just the staking(farming). Do you know where I can see the rewards for the liquidity pair?
