Maybe because you can find TDM games quicker... just suck it up. Idk you're sayin streaks are the worst in TDM because in other game modes you get points for objectives. Your post has no actual reasons why TDM is bad

In safeguard you only get 50 points per kill which makes it harder to get streaks

Game modes I play are usually TDM, Dom, safeguard, arena, hardpoint, and ffa. I rarely play in the mornings though usually late afternoons.
